Our area of specialization is in Electrical/Electronics engineering and this includes placing professionals from the engineer to executive level, both here in Michigan and nationwide.  Although much of our focus has been in the automotive industry, we've had additional success in placing individuals in Medical Devices, various commercial markets, and other unique positions not necessarily tied to a specific industry.  Most recently, our extensive network in the Electric Vehicle, Hybrid Electric Vehicle, and Battery Systems industry has contributed to a sharp increase in our client base and are currently engaged in multiple searches. 

 

There are "several" reasons why our firm has remained successful even through the current economic challenges we've all faced recently in 2009.  However, my greatest core competency is being an expert at building authentic relationships and in directing both clients and candidates to the best course of action that is mutually beneficial in achieving their goals.  Yes, we certainly have developed extensive contacts and utilize the industry's most cutting edge search tools but the majority of the current client and candidate base, are derived from our own developed network.
